the more likely you are to produce a final package that is wise and fair
There are many standards such as: Market value, Precedent , Scientific judgment ,
Professional standards , Efficiency Costs, What a court would decide, Moral
standards, Equal treatment, Tradition Reciprocity.
In this case, while BC just focus on his interest which is collecting more information
and evidences and also not have a good strategy in negotiate with offender, the GC
use some of these standards in order to persuade the offender which are: What a
court would decide, Moral standards and precedent
Firstly, You will have to spent a very long time in jail the GC aware that this is
serious crime and the sentence of this crime is a very long time in jail base on the
LAW. It means that You can not have other solution except cooperating with us if
you want freedom.
Secondly, all of you know that the obligation of taking care for family members is
included in moral standard. Further more, it is the natural sense of human. The GC

need to assure a wise method. Objective criteria should be not only independent of
will but also both legitimate and practical.
