Analysis about the video

(Psychology of self-Motivation)
Beyond Boundaries.

Teachers, parents, and supervisors should to inspire us. They need to empower,
believe in their jobs, feeling confident themselves, and competent in all that they
do. Because if they do not know what are they doing the results would be
negative.
According to the motivator a true leader must be a good communicator with others,
show to the children, students, workers and adults how to select the consequences
about their actions, how to learn to be independent, feel empowered and
motivated, and how to feel success enjoying the process to the vision and goals,
perceive the opportunities.
Motivator of the video give an example when he learned to play the drums and how
he was motivated and practiced by his own ways, even the teacher told him how to
do, in conclusion everyone can do all that they want in their own manners if they
are motivated and empowered.
Boundaries mean rules, regulations, and restrictions but you have go beyond and
make the difference believing in what you do. If you convince the people in all that
you do that worth it.
The question is how can you inspire the people?.
