-Key self defence moves including
physical skills and verbal strategies to
defuse situations and to protect
themselves and to appeal to others for
help. (Wrestling, balancing, falling,
shoulder hold, wrist hold, arm block
and back off, roll roll run, nose strike,
eye eye palm strike, punching, kicking,
fire and picking someone to help.
-Avoiding dangerous situations

-Bringing awareness to the community
