There is a possibility that the planned site
development cost in the three-year plan will not
be sufficient.
RECOMMENDATION
We recommend that Mr. Roxas request the
government for faster completion of the highway
road so that people would find it fast, comfortable
and convenient to travel going to Lagunaville. If all
his residential lots can be sold, he can now settle all
his liabilities and increase the cash balance to
2.348M. It can also be an advantage to him because
there are no additional expenses. The government
is obliged to set a budget in that because the public
highway road is a government property.
CONCLUSION
Therefore, Mr. Roy Roxas will generate his sales
from residential lots by first and foremost
completing the highway road leading to Lagunaville.
