Shipment of order No.10345

I am writing to you concerning a recent order of Mundo Unico Africa Collection of male
underwear. Approximately two weeks ago, on 14 May, we ordered a total of 200 sets of
Mundo Unico Africa Collection underwear. We have received an email notification two
days later confirming the receipt of payment and the shipment of the order. According to
your website, shipments should reach their destination within 35 business days of being
sent, but we have yet to receive the widgets. Do you have any information on what may
have happened to delay the shipment or where the shipment is currently?
We have worked with The Underwear Expert Ltd. in the past and have the greatest
confidence in your products and customer service. We need the shipment of the order
soon, however, and we hoped you might be able to provide us with an idea of when can
we expect them. Thank you in advance for any help you might be able to offer.
