Dear Parents,

It is important to us to provide a large variety of leveled reading books to our

students in order to support their literacy development. With this common goal in
mind, all guided reading books must be returned by June 14 th (Sunday) so that
student records may be cleared of any debt. Failure to clear the debt will result in
the students final reports being withheld until the debt is cleared. A guided reading
book may be cleared in the following manner:
1) Provide the e-mail communication from your teacher concerning the missing
guided reading book
2) The missing books are paid for at the accounting desk on the ground floor*If you
misplace your record of the missing books, you may ask your childs teacher for a
replacement copy.
3) Provide replacement fee of 100AED
We appreciate your support in helping us to maintain an excellent variety of guided
reading books for your children.
