Dear Parents,

It is important for us to maintain an adequate supply of text books for our students
to support their learning. With this common goal in mind, all text books must be
returned by the end of the school day on June 18 th (so that student records may be
cleared of any debt). Failure to clear the debt will result in the students final reports
being withheld until the debt is cleared. A text book may be cleared in the following
manner:
1) Provide the e-mail communication from your childs teacher concerning the
missing text book
2) The missing books are paid for at the accounting desk on the ground floor*If you
misplace your record of the missing books, you may ask the teacher for a
replacement copy.
3) Provide replacement fee of 200AED
