with ___________(Company Name) for a minimum period of one year of my
employment or mention the specific period.

I understand that the company might have spent on my training and I would also have
been involved in projects during this period.

I agree and understand that if I decide to leave the company during this period I would
have to bear any damages and losses that the company sustains because of my
departure. At least a minimum of Rupees one Lakh (Rs.1 lakh).
