I, the affiant, have good reason and do believe that on or about the 18th day of February, 20 15, one (name of suspect) Jimmy Clarke did then and there in the City of Dallas, Dallas County, Texas commit the offense of Murder, a violation of Section 19.02 of the Texas Penal Code, a Felony 1. ‘Affiant’s belief is based upon the following facts and information which Affiant received from: {& Affiant’s personal investigation of this alleged offense. a a fellow peace officer of the City of Dallas, Dallas County, Texas, who personally participated in the investigation of this alleged offense, providing this information to Affiant, and whose information Affiant believes to be credible. On February 18, 2015, Suspects Denise Rochelle Ross, B/F 03/13/1972 and Jimmy Joe Clarke, W/M 03/21/1983, committed the offense ‘of Murder, Texas Penal Code 19.02, by administering silicone injections into the body of Complainant Wakesha Reid, B/F 12/15/1980, ‘without a license, causing her death. This offense occurred at 3815 East Side Avenue, Dallas, Dallas County, Texas. On February 19, 2015, Complainant Wakesha Reid, B/F 12/15/1980, was found deceased inside of a business located at 3815 East Side ‘Ave, Dallas, Dallas County, Texas. Complainant Reid was found by Suspect Jimmy Clarke, W/M 03/21/1983. Suspect Clarke stated that the night before on February 18, 2015, around 5:30pm, Complaint Wakesha Reid came to the business and said that she was not feeling well and wanted to lay down. ‘Suspect Clarke said that he allowed Complainant Wakesha Reid to go inside to lay down. Suspect Jimmy Clarke suid that he later left the business locking the doors and leaving Complainant Wakesha Reid inside. The next morning on February 19, 2015, at approximately 7:50am, Suspect Jimmy Clarke called 911 stating the he had found Complainant Reid inside the business deceased and he did not know what happened to her. Detectives arrived to the scene and observed Complainant Reid laying on her back on top of a massage table with her pants pulled partially down exposing her buttocks. Complainant Reid also had bloody gauze ‘on her buttocks. Complainant Wakesha Reid's truck was also parked directly in front of the offense location. (On February 19, 2015, Detective Tabor notified Witness Keira Reid of her mother’s death. Witness Keira Reid said that her mother left their house the night before and was going to have butt injections. Witness Keira Reid said that she believed that a lady named “WeeWee" and someone that may be a transgender person did the injections for her mom. Witness Joshua Dodd, W/M stated that at approximately 1:11am, on February 19, 2015, he was parking his vehicle on East Side Ave, when he observed a pickup pull onto the street driving erratically and park next to the curb. The truck described by Witness Dodd may be the truck found parked in front of the offense location which is owned by Complainant Reid. Suspect Clarke admitted to driving Complainant Reid's track, but said it was around 8:00pm, not 1:11am. Witness Dodd was shown a color six photo line-up and identified Suspect Clarke as the person he observed get out ofthe pickup that was parked infront of the offense location. On February 20, 2015, Detective Tabor interviewed Witness Deshonte Robinson, B/F 05/13/1983, at the Dallas Police Headquarters. ‘Witness Robinson stated that she and her boyfriend Keith Walker rented the business for Suspect Jimmy Clarke, whom she knows as “Alicia” and a women by the name of ” WeeWee”, Witness Robinson said that she only does eye lash extensions at the location and that ‘Suspect Clarke and WeeWee perform butt injections. Witness Robinson stated that she was performing an eyelash extension on a client around Spm on February 19, 2015, when “WeeWee” came from the back room and asked her and her client to leave. Witness Robinson said that Suspect Clarke and “WeeWee” were both in the back room where the buttocks injections are performed. Witness Robinson said that she later got a call from “WeeWee” telling her “not to break” and to say that she did not see her (“WeeWee”) at the location, Witness Robinson, who has known Suspect Clarke and “WeeWee” for about five years, was able to identify “WeeWee” as Denise Ross IF, 03/13/1972 from an AIS photo. Witness Robinson also identified “Alicia” Jimmy Clarke from a Texas Driver’s License photo, ‘Witness Zyeny Tello LF 01/06/1991, stated that she has known Suspect Jimmy Clarke for approximately five years and has had buttocks injections performed by Suspect Jimmy Clarke in the past. Witness Zyzny Tello had an appointment on the same day as Complainant ‘Wakesha Reid (February 18, 2015), and when she arrived to the offense location, Suspect Jimmy Clarke told her to leave. Witness Zyzay Tello also observed Suspect Jimmy Clarke and unknown people cleaning and throwing things away. Witness Zyzny Tello said that Suspect Jimmy Clarke told her that Complainant Wakesha Reid started having seizures after he began giving her buttocks injection. STATE OF TEXAS AFFADAVIT FOR ARREST WARRANT | COUNTY OF DALLAS Detective Tabor thecked the Texas Medical Board, Texas Physi Assistant Board and Texas State Board of Acupuncture Examiners ‘website and was unable to find a medical license for Suspects Ross and Clarke. ‘The Dallas County Medical Examiner's Office ruled Complainant Wakesha Reid died from pulmonary silicone embolization associated ‘with cosmetic silicone injections of the buttocks. Manner of Death: Homicide. Suspects Timmy Clarke and Denise Ross were performing a medical procedure on Complainant Wakesha Reid without a license which is felony 3.
