Cross Beater Coffee Huller

SSM 500 / SSM 510
Top-rate hulling capacity on account of a six-armed
cross beater rotating in a perforated hulling drum
pressure-free, "cool" hulling diminishing the risk of
breakage perfect separation of hulls and coffee by
means of large-sized aspirator high resistance even with
not perfectly dried coffee integrated un-hulled cherry
extraction system by means of a swinging screen; finest
hulling results even with high percentage of small
cherries; return for renewed hulling via input elevator low
energy consumption top quality hulling knives, low on
abrasion, easy to adjust, quadruple use by inversion twopiece hulling drum, mistake-proof fitting, made of lowabrasion sheet steel with special perforations and indentations individual drive for each component thus
avoiding interference machine delivered completely
wired thus facilitating machine, main connection.
SSM 510
A new generation of hulling machine, that makes a perfect
hulling of dry coffee cherries possible. A sturdy, all-steel
construction with sealed, life-time lubricated ball-bearings.
The few susceptible parts to wear can be replaced easily
without dismantling the machine and are available at
reasonable prices. Normally, the machine is fed by a cupand-belt elevator selected from our range of models.
However, if silo feeding is preferred then a dosing and
feeding screw conveyor may be supplied on demand.

SSM 500
The same machine as described above but without the
cherry separator. This model is used for increased prehulling capacity of dry parchment coffee. The output of
the SSM 500 could be polishing by the polishing
machine such as the HANSA SM 14 model. The cherry
separator is also available as an independent unit,
namely, the two-way gravity separator "S 1 ", which is
used in a conventional hulling plant.
