Employee Referral Policy

Annexure for IDC

Please note the referral bonus for employees in the event of successful hiring of the
candidates referred by them.
This is applicable to all employees on the rolls of Baxter IT integrated Delivery Centre.
However, the policy doesnt prohibit permanent employees in other facilities of Baxter
India from referring employees for roles in IDC, and they will also be eligible to receive
the referral bonus.

If the new hire is for the position of Analyst / Software Engineer / Sr. Software
Engineer a referral amount of Rs. 16,000/- will be paid to the referring employee.

If the new hire is for the position of Specialist / Sr. Specialist / Assistant
Manager / Associate Manager, a referral amount of Rs. 25,000/- will be paid to
the referring employee.

If the new hire is for the position of Manager / Consultant a referral amount of
Rs. 40,000/- will be paid to the referring employee.

If the new hire is for the position of Sr. Manager / Sr. Consultant, a referral
amount of Rs.60,000/- will be paid to the referring employee.

If the new hire is for the position of Director, a referral amount of Rs.80,000/will be paid to the referring employee.
