First of all I would like to introduce myself. I am Shiraz Hashim from UDP Department.

The chuck of
project I will be explaining is of site analysis of satellite town. You can see the black coloured areas in
the figure is the areas of our Satellite Town. Our envisaged town is located on Nasir Bagh Road, east
to it is agriculture Land, while northwards lay Askari6. Opposite to Askhari6 is police colony. Further,
to the south of Nasir Bagh is Canal town, opposite of Canal town is Ragi Lalma. As we travel further
from the Canal Town we reach Board Bazar. Board Bazar leads us to Peshawar University and
opposite to the University is Sherpo Hospital.
As we all know isolated towns are of no importance, because they fail to gain the interest of people.
Towns should be built on keeping in mind the needs and requirements of the people, who in future
might chose to live there. Providing that, we have took a great care of this fact in designing our
Town. Some of Utilities of our Town are
UTLITIES
1. Our town is only 2.2KM and 3mins drive away from Market.
2. Naseer Teaching hospital distance from our Town is 2.3km, making approximately 3 Min
drive.
3. Canal Town is 2.1KM away. 4mins drive
4. Main GT Road 3mins drive and only 2.5KM
5. Police colony is on 1 min drive. 550m
6. Pesh. University is only not far away, only 7 mins drives can take to the university. 3.6KM
7. Askari 6 is only 600m away from the Town. In other words 1 min drive can take to Askari 6

Furthermore, the geological features of our Town are also quite amazing. The Land is Plain, which is
ideal for a Town, because it can reduce Capital Cost in establishing the Town. Availability of Land
seems to be on issue ast all because 34.6 ACERS (279.7 CANALS) free land is available.
