Good Morning, Joshua,

We would like to counter offer to your proposed pricing for the piling works on the above project
as follows:1) Unit rate for the supply, drive, joint & setting up of the 300mm diameter spun piles @
RM95.00/meter-run. The estimated sum to be around RM920,920.00.
2) Length of piling drive to be based on measurement to exiting ground level regardless of
weather the pile terminates above or below ground level. We reserve the right to use
combination of different length of spun piles (i.e. 6m, 9m or 12m combination).
3) We will only mobilize our machinery such as excavator & crane when our supply of 300m
diameter spun piles are ready to be delivered on site. You will have to provide excavator and/or
crane to mobilize the 250mm diameter spun piles as we are only doing drive, joint & setting up
of this size of pile.
4) You are required to have a site daily personnel to record the piling records. We will provide
the necessary personnel to do marking (for 250mm & 300mm diameter) & mobilize the piles (for
300mm diameter only).
The rest of the pricing and T&C are acceptable to us.
Please kindly provide to us the soft copy (Autocad file) of the foundation / piling key plan & the
necessary draft and/or survey plan for our setting up purpose.
Fyi, currently the supplier of the 300mm diameter spun piles from KL has no stock available
until after Chinese New Year. We have ordered this size of pile for another project which we are
willing to supply to you first and the estimated ETA Bintulu Port is around 10th-15th of January,
2012.
