Personal Reflection
To reflect on this assignment, I truly enjoyed learning about Waggle. Mass Customized
Learning is a popular topic in education today and Waggle is just that. I love the idea
of being able to truly differentiated for each of the learners in my classroom and
providing for them the very best education possible.
What Did I Learn?
One of the main things I learned is that if you want to really differentiate for each of your
learners, there is software out there that can help you do just that! What we are doing
currently in our classrooms today is NOT differentiated instruction. We are accustom to
differentiating for a group of learners, but not for each INDIVIDUAL learner. Thankfully, there
are software packages, like Waggle, that allow learners to learn in a true personalized learning
environment.
