my health.

I will shadow my sister


in her practice setting
(school) to increase my
knowledge of
occupational therapy in
a school-based setting.

I will establish a more


organized system for
my notes so that I will
be able to utilize them
more effectively.

I will watch a movie or


two episodes of a TV
show every Saturday
night with my sisters
so that I will have time
allotted to do
something with them
every weekend.

I will begin using recipes


for healthier meals
while cooking so that
my sisters and I will
have a more balanced
diet.

I will conduct some


research about hand
therapy to improve my
knowledge base about
OT practice settings.

I will begin regularly


reviewing lectures on
Mediasite to make my
study time more
effective.

I will spend an hour


training my puppies
every weekend so that
my home life with
them will be improved.

my leisure time as

will be to my career.
