WHEREAS, the plaintiff RCBC Savings Bank, Inc., in the above-entitled case
having filed an application with this Court praying for the seizure and delivery of the
property, more particularly described hereunder, and having filed the affidavit required
by the Rules of Court in the Philippines and having executed to the defendants bonds
in the amount of One Million Three Hundred Ninety Two Thousand Three Hundred
Twenty Eight [P1, 393, 328. 00] for one [1] Unit Foton Tornado 2.5 Dropside, which
is double the total actual value [P696, 164. 00] of the said subject personal property.
You are hereby ordered to take immediate possession of the personal property,
which is now detained by the defendants, to wit:
