Under the proviso to Rule Rule 47 ( 2 ) of APTA Rules 1996, Post facto
Permission is here by accorded to Sri A. Rama Mohana Chary, Chief Technical
Examiner, CTE Unit,
I & CAD (PW) Department and holding FAC of Superintending
Engineer, PMU, I & CAD Department to Proceed to Kadapa to visit Veligallu Project to
interact with the Project authorities and impress upon them for early submission of the
Project completion report from 1.05.2012 to 03.05.2012 and returned to Headquarters..

The expenditure on the above tour shall be debited to 3451. Secretariat
Economic Sources, 090. Secretariat,- 25. Irrigation C.A.D (PW) Department, 110Domestic Travel expenses, 111- Travelling Allowances.
3.
The Irrigation & C.A.D (PW.OP: Claims) Department shall draw and disburse the
amount sanctioned in para-1 above to the individual immediately.

This order does not require the concurrence of Finance (TA) Department under
rules or orders enforce.
