Provide an evaluation of your overall skill during the session.
Ifeel like the session went well. this client has some mental issues that had to mildly address
in order to get the question answered.

How do you see yourself as being effective during the session? What skills would you like
to improve?
I do feel as though I was effective during this during this session. I was able to not get
distracted with some of the abnormal things the client was telling me.

What questions do you have for the reader so you can receive feedback on your skills?
(Note: General questions are not acceptable they must be specific questions and they must
have depth).
If you were in my position would you address the abnormal things that were being told to
you, or would you just answered the questions that are required to be asked in questionnaire?
Please identify the theory/theoretical perspective(s) or intervention model that you used in
your work with this client/client system. In order to demonstrate your understanding of the
application of theory to social work practice, please identify and explain the specific theory
based interventions you used with the client/client system. Discuss why you used each
intervention.
Task centered practice is a short term treatment where clients establish specific measurable goals.
Social workers and clients collaborate together and create specific strategies together and steps to
begin reaching those goals. The client and created the goal of completing the questionnaire within
a two week time frame. The client has other things that are just as important to her as getting this
application complete. Although this was not a treatment plan, it was task oriented and goal

specific.
