1. For the recent scrap activity which took place on September 2014, I have give
n a standing order to my subordinate, Vimalan to re-print and replace the missin
g label on the drive. However, my standing order was misunderstood by him and he
has carried out the task without letting me to verify the given task. If this c
ould happened there will be no invalid scrap of material inventory.
2. Similarly, I did given the same standing order to the other subordinate in a
different time, namely Jothi, to carry out the same task and it was done without
any failure which no issue had arise.
3. Since there is no written procedure in this company, I have decided that this
labelling task is required as to identify the bad parts and to establish proper
traceability in order to ensure the control of scraps are in order.
