DEED OF SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, John Snow,
Filipino, single, of legal age, and with address at 12 Dahlia Street, Roxas
District, Quezon City, for and in consideration of the sum of Six Million Pesos
(P 6,000,000.00), Philippine currency, to me in hand paid by
Joffrey L. Baratheon
Filipino, single, of legal age, and with address at 75 Everlasting Street,
Roxas District, Queon City,
do hereby SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY, absolutely and
unconditionally, unto the said, Joffrey L. Baratheon, his heirs and assigns, that
certain parcels of land, together with the buildings and improvements thereon,
situated in Lucena City, Quezon Province and more particularly described as
follows:
A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 30 Blk 76 of consolidation subdivision
plan (LRC) Pcs-32875, being a portion of the consolidation of Lots
4654-A and 4654-B (LRC) Psd-12972, Lot 3, Psd-91800, Lot 1, Psd92700, LRC Rec. Nos. N-24027, 63268, 27032, N-22893, N-24577,
and 32182 situated in Baranggay Gulang-Gulang, Lucena City,
Province of Quezon, Is. of Luzon. Bounded on NE., point 4 to 1 by
Road Lot 65, on the SE., point 2 to 6 by Road Lot 73; containing an
area of (860) square meters more or less..."

of which I am the registered owner in fee simple in accordance with the Land
Registration Act, my title thereto being evidenced by Transfer Certificate of Title
No. 1434454 issued by the Register of Deeds of Quezon Province.
It is hereby mutually agreed that the vendee shall bear all the expenses for
the execution and registration of this deed of sale.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto signed this deed of sale, this 4 th day
of December, 2014 at Quezon City.
