addressed to Ms. Marissa Christie at this office. However Ms. Christie is living in Montreal

I was told by Mr. Raymond that he and Ms. Christie have married and living at the above
address.
Mr. Raymond contacted this office in mid 2010 interested to have Philtec/IGED&R (The Gold
Bank) to supply gold to a large Financial Group in Europe he supposedly manages their
business affairs for some 30 years. After many telephone conversations, skype
conversations and two visits with Mr. Raymond in Montreal Canada, all of his elaborate
proposals turned out to be questionable as from the Canadian Banking offers, Canadian
Government offers in having the Philtec Corporate office move to Montreal and the interest
of the Export Development of Canada all came to me direct from Mr. Raymond and nothing
from the above Canadian Organizations came direct to me from these offices.
Be advised that after all the direct conversations and two visits with him in Montreal
regarding the international services of the Philtec/Gold Bank Organizations, I now plan to
withdraw the relocating of the Philtec/Gold Bank Headquarters and request cancellation of
the Philtec and Gold Bank Organizations in Canada from being mislead on many issues
direct from Mr. Raymond.
As for the collection of your legal services I am including two emails from my agent Mr. Jim
Gosdin in Dallas Texas who Mr. Raymond used frequently to relay information and request
to me. These emails should resolve any question as the person who committed to
incorporate the Philtec and IGED&R Corporations and pay for same. Please send your
billing to Mr. Raymond via his email address.
