According to ielts.org, the website of IELTS, The amount of people taking, IELTS, the International English Language Testing
System, increased in 2011 to 1.7 million people in 130 countries around the world. This shows around 12% growth since
2010. Out of this number of people, 78.3% did the Academic Module, while 21.7% did the General Training Module.
