‘After a comprehensive search and interview process, it is our desire to offer for
the position of Head Women’s Basketball Coach.
It was the consensus of the committee and those athletic department staff members that
participated in the interview process that this candidate is acceptable. [Mis an
acceptable candidate based on her performance in the on-campus interview and career
experience in the women’s basketball coaching profession. She described a detailed plan with
short and long term goals and clear direction on how she would approach continuing to build

prospective student-athletes, student-athlete management, academic accountability and
