I am currently holding position of assistant manager in mechanical department of
Energo Engineering Projects Ltd. I have completed my Masters in thermal science
and engineering and Bachelors in mechanical engineering from Indian Institute o
f Technology (IIT) Kharagpur.
For the past two years I have been working on comprehensive design of utility sy
stems in power plants which include, pipe sizing and component selection of util
ity water systems (viz, service water, potable water, dust suppression system),
Hydronic systems, Industrial Ventilation and Exhaust Systems, Room air condition
ing and PAC systems. I have also modicum of experiance with selection of rotatin
g equipiment which include Pumps, Fans, Compressors and static equipments like
condensers, cooling towers, bag filters, ventury scrubbers, cyclone separators a
s well as auxillary equipment like valves and gauges.
I have the ability to work well with cross functional team to achieve results an
d to perfect the design approach. I have the knowledge of preparing design docum
ents (ex. Design basis reports, P&ID etc).
