RE: Cancellation of the SERVICE CONTRACT
and SPECIAL POWER of ATTORNEY

Dear Mr. Ampong,

In view of your inaction on the terms and conditions of the
Service Contract notarized by Atty. BEETHOVEN L. ORCULLO dated
October 3, 2014 per Document No. 04, Page No. 01-Book No. IX, Series
of 2014 as well as the accompanying Special Power of Attorney to wit:
To follow-up, process, facilitate, sign documents in my behalf for
the conduct
and preparation of the compliance of the
exploration
Permit Application (EXPA) and Environmental Protection
Agreement (EPA) which are addendum to the Mineral Production
Sharing Agreement (MPSA) No. 251-A-2007-XI onward to the
preparation and filing of partial or Full mining declaration of
feasibility study with the Mines and Geosciences Bureau (MGB)
for
approval leading to the acquisition of the Environmental
Compliance
Certificate (ECC) and all pertinent requirements and compliances
with
the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR)
at
the expense of the Attorney-In-Fact subject for arrangement with
the
undersigned.
We are hereby cancelling the aforementioned Service Contract as
well as the Special Power of Attorney made in your favor effective
immediately.
Much as we would like to do business with you, we have to move
forward for the compliance of our MPSA.
