Closure of Issued NCRs, CPARs and Punchlists

Sir,

This is to remind you to resolve and to seek closure of all open NCRs, CPARs and
punchlists issued to your party as soon as possible. Non-closure of all noncompliance and punchlists will cause delay in the handover of your completed
works as the CQC Department will not sign your Area Handover and Acceptance
Form. In case you have already rectified or resolved the said non-compliance and/or
punchlists, please have our CQC inspectors inspect the work done and to check
compliance to design and standards for closure.
Please see attached monitoring of NCRs, CPARs and punchlists concerning your
party for your perusal.
