1 Construct I-35E below grade similar to North Central Expressway between

Colorado and split with US-67
2 Cantilever over depressed I-35 to mitigate air and noise pollution. Pave with
rubberized asphalt to further mitigate noise pollution
3 Construct a Deck Park to connect old Oak Cliff with the Dallas Zoo over I-35E
similar to Woodall Rodgers
4 Install multiple foot bridges to reconnect neighborhoods separated when the
RL Thornton Freeway was built in 1960.
5 Put the OAK back in Oak Cliff with massive tree plantings along the right-of-way.
6 More detailed information regarding the Hwy67 Blvd proposal is needed via
elected officials and TXDOT.
