coulddoitwithchownoracle:oinstall.Beforedoingthatmakesurethatoracleispartofthe
dba/oinstallgroup.Itsstrangethatyouarefacingthatissueifyouchangedtheownershipto
grid:oinstallwheninstallingtheclusterware.

itwithdatabasecontrolbecausetheinterfaceisverysimilar(versions10g&11g)butisnotthe
samething.
