STEPS TO ACQUIRE A VISA FOR

THE FIRST TIME
FIRST
The first thing to do is go to the embassy of
the United States o schedule an appointment
and wait for the RING to go to the interview.

SECOND
Filling out the DS -160 online form.

THIRD
Cancel the visa application fee and schedule the
appointment.
FOURTH
Schedule appointments to assist the Applicant
Service Center
(CAS ) in Bogota.
FIFTH
Report to the Applicant Service Center (CAS) that
you selected.

SIXTH
Report to the Immigrant Visa Unit of the
US Embassy in Bogota on the date and
time of your app ointment.
SEVENTH

Collect your passport with visa at the

DHL office or the CAS you selected.

valid passport
Confirmation sheet DS -160
Photography ( 5 cm x 5 cm or 2 in x 2 in, white
background , taken within the last six ( 6)
months).
Receipt of payment for the rights of visa
application (MRV )
