SUBJECT: Seminar Workshop on Effective Barangay Legislation with
emphasis on the
Formulation of Barangay Revenue Code on
August 10-12, 2015, Apo View Hotel, Davao City.
Honorable Ladies and Gentlemen:

One of the programs of the Philippine League of Secretaries to the

Sanggunian, Inc. (PLEASES, Inc.) is to help the Barangay Secretaries,
Sangguniang Pambarangay Members
and other barangay officials
throughout the country through our respective PLEASES Regional and
Provincial Chapters to become competent in their respective endeavor. This
program aims to provide them technical know-how in drafting legislative
documents particularly in the formulation of Barangay Revenue Code.
In view of this, I would like to invite you and the members of your
Sanggunian, Barangay secretary and Barangay Treasurer to attend the
said Seminar-Workshop on Effective Barangay Legislation with emphasis on
the Formulation of Barangay Revenue Code on on August 10-12, 2015 to be
held at Apo View Hotel, Davao City. To provide the participants with a
conducive learning we are only limiting every batch to a maximum of 70-100
participants. Registration fee of P 3,600.00 plus P 500.00 for seminar kit
shall be collected to cover the necessary expenses needed in the conduct
of the said seminar.
