I believe that we all, at some point, need a little guidance and a nudge in the right direction.

The Tower (16)

The Tower (16) is another one of the scary at first
cards. It shows a terrifying picture of a tower hit by lightening,
knocking its inhabitants into the sky and removing the crown. The
tower was built on a highly isolated location for only a few to enjoy.
The crown shows a sense of royalty and prestige. The couple in the
scene seem to have had their noses in the sky. The biblical quote,
Pride goes before a fall comes to mind with this card. So what
does this mean? This card refers to a sense of building a structure on
false beliefs and having those beliefs come crashing down. Here is
an example: many people believe they are self-made and they dont
need the help of others to succeed. This is a false belief and it will
crumble. The good news with this card is the lightening serves as a
flash of insight into the falsehood of the beliefs. With the flash of insight and the crash
to the ground, comes a chance to rebuild on a better set of beliefs. Usually, after the fall,
the person will become more team oriented and want to include many more people in
his or her endeavors. The nose comes down to eye level and the person is more willing
to look his or her peers in the face. The integration of the input and help of others will
allow the person to enjoy life in a more integrated way. The enjoyment of teamwork
replaces the pride and self-assertion that was before the fall. The Tower (16) has a
numerical value of 7. The 7 speaks to setting boundaries, having discipline, and a sense
of fate. Can you find ways to integrate others in your daily work and to have more
discipline in your actions? Do you spend time thinking about your fate in life?

Book of the Month: The Ancient Secret of the Flower of Life

This text is a wonderful journey through the world of sacred geometry
and how it relates to human anatomy. It describes the process of
creation through the Flower of Life. It took me a month to read it
because it is packed with information. There is a Vol 2 as well.

Higher Self and Spirit Guides

What is your higher self? What is a spirit guide? What is the difference? Why do I
need to know this? Your higher self is the part of your soul that remains non-physical
while you are incarnated. It is your guidance system while you are alive. Your higher
self is always working with you and will never stop until you reunite with it when you
die. Your higher self works indefinitely to guide you towards your goals and purposes
in life. Your higher self has the wider view of your path and can see how your choices
will play out. Spirit guides are entities that are not you, but are willing to work with
you for periods of time. Some spirit guides work with you your entire life, while others
work with you for shorter periods. Spirit guides may be many. Spirit guides can come
in the form of Angels, Neters, Fairies, Animals, or other energies. Many ancient
cultures worshiped these spirits because of their willingness to help humans along the
path of life. In my hypnosis practice, I find that grandparents play a very close and
special role in guidance and protection. Dont be surprised if you imagine a
grandparent around you or whispering advice into your left ear. How can you
communicate with your higher self or spirit guides? I sit in meditation and imagine a
version of myself in front of me. This version is wiser and more expanded. I talk to this
image and ask him for advice. I use the advice he gives me to make better choices. You
can also imagine a spirit guide doing the same. It takes practice, but this can be a very
valuable practice in your spiritual journey.

Pyramids
Pyramids are huge in spiritual practices and you will find
them prevalent in many ancient, spiritual cultures. They
were used as a way to raise vibrations and to communicate
with higher spirits. Lately, I have found many forms of pyramids
showing up in my reality. I created one out of wood sticks, replicating the
dimensions proportionally to the dimensions of the Great Pyramid of Khufu.
A quick search will show that people are creating pyramids from wood, copper,
silver, and even gold. Another form of pyramid is that of Orgonite. This is a
very popular form of pyramid. These structures are being used to recharge
crystals, energize water, and meditation. If you are willing to, experiment with
creating your own pyramids and meditating under or with them.
