ProjectProgress&Changes
SincethesecondProjectManagementUpdate,muchofthetimespentondevelopingthe
projecthasbeenspentnavigatingthetentativetransitionofmyclientintoanewposition.My
currentclientwillbeworkingwithmethroughoutthedevelopmentphaseoftheprojectbutmay
notbeinhercurrentrolewhenitcomestimeforimplementation.Theexactdetailsofthis
transitionarebeingheldfrommyclientlargelybecausethefinalityofthetransitionisstill
uncertainandthetransitionwouldnotlikelytakeplaceuntilJanuary.Aspartofthistentative
transition,

hasbeentakingincreasedresponsibilityforprofessional
developmentatthehighschool.Asoneofthetwoassistantprincipalsattheschool,

wouldbeinchargeofprofessionaldevelopmentduringtheimplementation
phaseoftheproject.Sheisalreadyawareofthescheduledinterventionsandwouldbeunlikely
toimposeanysignificantchangestotheproject.

Despitethechangesintheclientrelationship,thedevelopmentoftheprojectisstillmoving
forward.Theslidesforthepretrainingscreencasthavebeennearlycompletelydeveloped,
althoughthedevelopmentoftheseslideshasencounteredseveralsetbacks.Specifically,
generatingtheimagesisprovingmoretimeconsumingthanpreviouslyanticipated,although
thisshouldnotcauseadelayintheproductionofthefinalproducts.Inadditiontoworkonthe
pretrainingslides,theposttrainingevaluationformhasbeencreatedusingGoogleForms.
Workonthejobaidhasnotyetbegun,butasignificantportionofthejobaidwillbethetwo
screencaststhatareyettobefilmed:thepretrainingscreencastandthescreencasttobeused
duringthesession.

Beforethescreencastsarefilmed,thescriptsandslideswillbesentto

approval.Itismucheasiertomakechangesafterthescriptingstagethanitistorefilmthe
screencast.Additionally,thejobaidwillbeconstructed,whichwillconstituteofaGoogleDoc

blendedinstructionalresourcesincludingYouTubesnativerecorderandusingcellphonesto
createinstructionalvideos.
