booklets and Package & Ship 1st & 2nd grade tests for scoring (takes
minimum 2 weeks)
Send letters to 1st grade parents whose child who qualified to take
the WISC & Attach the Parent Inventory
Parent Inventory - Print & mail home to 1st grade & 2nd grade
teachers for each student who qualifies to take the WISC (Add at the
bottom - Return to classroom teacher by Date)
Ensure that all students have the approval to take the WISC
Give list of names for WISC testing to GT Admin. Assistant

Complete File Folder & Criteria profile for each student qualified for
Atheneum (WISC, CogAT, MAP, Parent inventory data & Permission
slip)
- Add CogAT data to all current 2nd grade file folders. Highlight any
subtest or composite in the 90%ile.
- Have Admin Assist help create file folder and profile sheet for any
new students with this 90% and above data.
- Compile the data: if they have 6 points or more on their profile form
I send them forward for an IQ assessment.
