Introduction

The purpose of my research proposal

is to show the significance of the
positive effects of homework and
studying in helping students to
become more responsible and
accountable for their own learning. In
this research proposal it is also
Pointed out that students who spend
time doing their homework and
studying will be able to make better
grades and participate more in the
classroom setting .The data analysis
used in this research proposal
includes: Observations, Interviews,
Literature reviews and surveys.

Materials/Method
The implications that shows my data is
relevant to prove my research questions is
obvious, there is a triangulation od data
which will make it more credible. There
have been observations, interviews,
literature reviews and surveys used to
prove that homework and studying are
needed
components in helping students achieve.

STUDY RESULTS
How does homework and

Conclusions
Collaborating with other teachers or staff is very
beneficial to everyone, "Collaboration is
critical for knocking down professional barriers"
Mills, G. E. (2014). Involving other staff will
bring about better results because everyone is on
one accord. An important component in AR is
gaining understanding in what you are trying to
solve and by gaining understanding, you are able
to present your findings in a meaningful way that
will be understood by everyone involved.
There are different types of leadership, you must
find what kind of leadership is needed to a lead
specific culture. According to research, the vision
of an educational leader must focus on
implementing improvement of all students,
