Carbohydrates!

Carbohydrates are chemical compounds

that act as the primary biological means
of storing or consuming energy (1).
Carbohydrates are found in all sorts of
foods that we eat everyday including
grains (cereal), pasta, breads, and even
liquids!
Carbohydrates are used by our bodies
for the energy we need to survive.
