The Hydraulic characteristics of Fiber Glass Pipe include: ‘The Smooth intetior results in low fluid resistance, which could lower horsepower cont nanents for pumped systems. This characteristic could contribute to a subsiontial cost savings over the life of a typical piping system, The interior pipe surface typically remains smooth over time in most fluid services. Therefore, fluid resistance does not increase with age, ‘The smooth interior allows the pipe diameter to be reduced while ‘maintaining the desired flow, Inside diameter (ID) is typically larger than IDs of many other pipe materials of the same nominal size and provides a larger pathway for fluid flow. More detailed information about many other quality characteristics such as: Long - term ring bending; Hydro testing; Surge and water hammer; Load capacity values (stiffness); Hoop tensile load capacity; Axial tensile load capacity; Flow velocity Ultra violet resistance; Flow coefficients; Portability test for smell, clarity of extract and globe migration ‘Transportation For the transportation of GRP Pipes from the Factory to the Site. trailers are needed, Similarly for lowering of the pipes 10-20 Ton Mobile Crane will be provided at the pipe laying location, For disposal of surplus earth, Hydraulic Tippers of 10 T capacity will be provided. Approx. 2 Tippers per Excavator will be provided depending upon the location of disposal area from the pipeline route.
