Vice President of Fantasy Football Operations: Tyson Boarts

LeagueDues
Each owner must pay $50 dollars on draft day, or before draft day.
As you pay I will check your name off of a list to keep a record.

DistributionoftheWinnings
1st $250
2nd $95
3rd $25
Additionally each week of the regular season $10 will be awarded to the
team that scores the most points that week.

TheDraft
The draft is decided by the preceding year. The champion will pick last, and
the runner up will pick second to last. The winner of the third place matchup
will pick 8th and the loser will pick 7th. The winner of the fifth place matchup
will pick 5th and the loser will pick 6th. The consolation bracket of those
teams that did not make the playoffs decides the rest of the draft order. The
winner of the consolation bracket will pick first. With the runner up of the
consolation bracket picking second. The third place team in the consolation
bracket will pick 3rd and the fourth place team of the consolation bracket will
pick 4th.

KeeperRules
No player taken in the first 4 rounds can be kept. (This rule proceeds every
other rule that follows).
If a player is picked in the first four rounds but is dropped and then picked
up by another owner or the same owner. This player cannot be kept the
following year because of the first rule (no player taken in the first four
rounds can be kept).
If a player is kept you forfeit your pick in the round the kept player was
drafted in for as many years as he is on contract.
Every year after year 1 3 contracts are given to each manager:
o 1 3 year contract
o 1 2 year contract
o 1 1 year contract
If a contract is not used, the contract is lost and you do not get to keep it till
the next year.
A player can be kept up to a maximum of three years. If a players contract
ends you can up it to three years but not more. For example, you sign Greg
Jennings to a twoyear contract. At the end of two years you can use your 1
year contract to keep him one more year. By doing this you use your only 1
year contract for that year.
If you trade for a player on contract you absorb their current contract. A
player can only be on contract for three years on any team before being
recycled back into the draft. For example, I traded for Percy Harvin who was
currently on a twoyear contract and it was year two of the contract. After
this contract ends I can only sign him for one more year since he has been
kept his maximum of three years.
If you have two players on contract drafted from the same round you forfeit
your pick in that round and the round before it.
You cannot drop someone on a contract.
Every player kept must be on your roster from Week 8 of the regular season.
If a player is traded after Week 8 you cannot put that player on contract,
unless they were on a contract when they were traded to you. This means
that if a player is currently on a one year contract and is traded to your team
after Week 8. You can then sign them to another contract if they have not
been kept for the maximum of three years.

Players eligible to be kept cannot be traded during the offseason. They can
however be traded between August 1st and the draft, as long as they are
under contract.
If you keep a waiver wire acquisition it counts as a 10th round pick for
however long you keep them on contract.
Your list of keepers and contracts must be turned into the commissioner by
August 1st. This is so other managers can prepare for who will be in the draft
the upcoming year.

Divisions
The league will be split into two 5team divisions.
These divisions will be picked the night of the draft each year.
Putting all of our names in a hat and drawing them out, alternating between
the two divisions will pick the divisions.

RegularSeason
The regular season will last 13 weeks.
Game ties will be handled by the team with the most bench points winning.

ThePlayoffs
The top 6 teams will make the playoffs.
o The top team in each division get first round bye.
A tie in the standings will lead to a playoffseeding tiebreaker. The two
teams head to head record against each other will determine the winner of
the tiebreaker.
In the case of further ties total points for, then intra division record and then
total points against will decide the higher seed in that order.
Each playoff matchup will last one week.
This means that the first round playoff matchup will take place Week 14.
The winners of the Week 14 matchups will move onto the second round
playoff matchup which will take place Week 15.
The winners of the Week 15 matchups will move onto the championship
game, which will take place Week 16.

Rosters
Starters:
o 2 QBs, 2 RBs, 2 WRs, 1 TE, 2 Flex, 1 D/ST
Bench
o Each teams bench will have 8 spots.
This makes each teams total roster size 18 players.
There is no limit to how many of each position you are allowed on your team.

Scoring
We will use fractional scoring. This means that every yard will count for .1
points for receiving and rushing. Every 5 yards will count for .25 points
passing.
There will be a 3point bonus for every player who rushes or receives more
than 100 yards and an additional 2point bonus for over 200 yards in a single
game. There will be a 2point bonus for a quarterback passing for more than
300 yards and an additional 2point bonus for a quarterback passing for
more than 400 yards.
Each reception will be worth .5 points.
In the case of defenses there will be no penalty or bonus for total yards
allowed.
All other scoring options not discussed are on the league website.

RuleChanges
The only way a rule change can occur during the season is if 100% of the
league owners agree on the change.
During the offseason a proposed rule change only needs a majority of the
league owners in agreement. Since this is a 10person league it means that at
least 6 owners must be in agreement of a rule change. If the vote is tied then
the decision on the rule will be made by the commissioner and the V.P.
To propose a rule change text or message the commissioner or V.P. your rule
change and he will post it on the league Facebook page.

Trades/Vetoes
To veto a potential trade 6 of the 10 members must veto it.
This veto period will be 2 days. If 6 of the 10 players do not veto the trade
will go through.
If two players make an agreement on a trade before midnight Saturday night
of any week of the regular season before the deadline as the commissioner or
V.P. we will push the trade through if we feel it is a fair trade. For this to
happen, both owners of the trade must text or message the commissioner or
V.P. their agreement to the trade. If we do not feel the trade is fair we will let
it go to the trade period and the two owners will have to wait the two days
for their trade to be vetoed or not.
We will not process any trades after Saturday at midnight.
The trade deadline is after the Week 10 matchups have concluded.

Acquisitions/Waivers
Free agents are acquired through a free agent auction system.
Each team is allotted $200 for acquisitions for the entire season (including
playoffs).
If multiple teams bid the same amount on a free agent then the player will be
awarded to the team highest on the waiver order.
The waiver order is reset each week with the team with the worst record
ranked first and the team with the best record ranked last.
The waiver period for recently dropped players will be one day.
