17 Plaintiff is a prisoner in the custody of the U.S. Bureau of Prisons at the

18 Federal Correctional Institution in Greenville, Illinois. To date, Plaintiff has filed over

19 seventy civil cases in this district. Plaintiff is an abusive litigant who persists in filing

20 baseless actions in this district. The complaint in this action duplicates at least seven

21 previous complaints filed this year.1 There is no good faith basis for the filing of these

1 actions. In addition, the complaint itself fails to state any cognizable claims under federal

2 law, as it is rambling and nonsensical.

3 Accordingly, this action is DISMISSED, WITH PREJUDICE.
