THE RECIPE OF THE TURKISH MEAL GVE

THE INGREDIENTS

Two aubergines
Two potatoes
500 gr beef which is cut into small pieces
Two onions
9 pieces of garlic
Two tomatoes
4 sweet green peppers
One spoon of tomato paste
Black pepper
Red pepper
Salt
Oil

First some oil is put into a pan. Then onions are minced and they
are put into the pan. They are fried until they get red. Then tomato
paste is added to the onions. Next, minced meat is put into the pan and
the mixture is fried for about then minutes. Later, mince aubergines,
tomatoes, potatoes, green peppers and garlics are added to the mixture
and they are mixed for a few minutes. Later, salt, red pepper and black
pepper are added. The mixture is cooked for about 40 minutes. It should
be served hot and while serving, some rice can be added to the service
plate.

THE INGREDIENTS

A kilo of minced meat


Two onions
Black pepper
Cumin
An egg
Some bread
Salt
Oil

Meat is put into a bowl. Then onions are grated


into the bowl. An egg is added to the mixture. Bread is put
into pieces and then added to the mixture. Them some salt,
cumin and black pepper are added. The mixture is moulded
for a few minutes. Then mixture is shaped into small balls
of meat. Some oil is put into the pan. The meatballs are
fried for tem minutes. The meatballs can be served either
with rice or some vegetables like tomatoes or green sweet
pepper.
