THE RECIPE OF THE TURKISH STARTER BANDUMA

THE INGREDIENTS
1) One kilo of Turkey meat
2) One kilo of filo pastry
3) One table spoon of salt
4) One table spoon of red pepper
5) Three table spoon of butter
6) 100 gr of walnut

THE RECIPE
First, turkey meat is boiled in a bowl by adding salt and
red pepper into it. After it is cooked, the boiled water of turkey
meat is put into a bowl and after adding the butter into it, it is
boiled again. Then the filo pastries are cut into long pieces and
they are shaped into rulos. These filo pastries in the shape of
rulos are first put into the boiled water of turkey meat and then
they are put into another bowl one by one by doing the same
activity. Then the turkey meat is put into small pieces and they
are put on the rulos of filo pastry. Some pieces of walnut are put
on the turkey meat. The meal is served hot.

THE INGREDIENTS
1) One kilo of grape leaves
2) 2 glasses of rice
3) 2 onions
4) One glass of olive oil
5) One tea spoon of mint
6) One tea spoon of red pepper flakes
7) One tea spoon of black pepper
8) 5-6 branches of parsley
9) One lemon
10) A spoon of tomato sauce

THE RECIPE
First of all, the leaves of the grapes are put in some
water and after a few minutes they are washed and dried. Then
onions are grated in a bowl. Some olive oil is added to it. Then
rice is added to the onions. Then spices and tomato sauce are
added to the mixture. These are not cooked.
Then this mixture is put into grape leaves and they are
put into the shape of rulo. This is done to all the grape leaves.
Then they are put into a bowl. A lemon is sliced and put onto
the bowl. You can also add some olive oil onto the grape leaves.
Then they are cooked for about 40 minutes. It can be served hot
or cold.

THE RECIPE OF THE TURKISH STARTER SU BRE

THE INGREDIENTS
1) One kilo of filo pastry
2) 5 eggs
3) Some butter
4) Half kilo of cheese
5) Half bouquet of parsley
6) One glass of oil
7) 3 kilograms of boiling water

THE RECIPE
First put some butter on a hot tray and wait until it melts.
Then take one of the filo pastries and put it in the boiling water
and after waiting for one minute, put it in the cold water and
again after waiting for a minute, put it on the hot tray. After
doing it for four filo pastries sprinkle the cheese which has been
mixed with parsley onto the filo pastries on the tray. Then do
the same activities for four other filo pastries and put them on
the tray one by one. On top of all the filo pastries, put some yolk
and put the tray in the oven of 170 C hot. Cook it for about half
an hour and serve it hot if possible.
