ALMNUSSEN

ingredients:
- flour
- sugar
- eggs
- vanilla sugar
- baking powder

- oil
- curd
- clarified butter
- sugar powder

preparation:
- melt the clarified butter
- mix flour, sugar, eggs, vanilla sugar, baking powder, oil and curd
- form little balls with two spoons
- put the balls into the hot clarified butter
- turn them round after some minutes
- take them out after some more minutes
- garnish with sugar powder

CHOCOLATE CUBES

ingredients:
- dark chocolate coating
- butter
- sugar
- vanilla sugar
- ground almonds
- desiccated coconut
- flour
- chocolate coating

preparation:
- mix sugar, vanilla sugar, butter, salt and eggs
- add melted dark chocolate, ground almonds, desiccated coconut and flour
- mix everything
- put the dough on the baking tray; 180C, 15 minutes
- give the melted chocolate coating onto the cake
- cut into cubes
