1- UPSC has provided many wrong in IES 2013 in E&T Engineering

Paper 1 Engg Services Exam, 2013 of set A.

Upsc can verify these answer from any expert from IIT Delhi or
from any institute in India .

How upsc can do such a big mistake in theses important exam?

Please provide me what legal action can be taken and what is
remedy for such a big mistake .
