Skills

With roughly 6 years in restaurant management I have a solid foundation of knowledge in regards to managing people,
problem solving, multitasking, time management and team building. My experience has provided me the ability to maintain a
high level of self-motivation. I have assisted in new restaurant openings as well as the training and developing of new
management teams. I am computer literate in both Microsoft based and Apple based software as well as nutritional analysis
software such as Nutritionist Pro and Food Processor. I am dedicated to improving the health of myself as well as others
through sound and long lasting decisions regarding food, medicine, and overall approach to daily lifestyle choices.
