SUB: To shift the room due to health problem
Respected Sir
I am a student of UCoE department bearing name Abhishek Garg and roll no
11302321. Sir due to some problem with my knees, doctor has restricted my upstairs and downstairs
movement.
In my previous years I was residing on the ground floor of the hostel, but now due to some hostel
rules 4th year students are prohibited to get a room in a block other than A block which dont have
rooms on the ground floor.
So its my humble request to you sir, please allow me to get the on the ground floor of B or C block
so that I can further reduce the deterioration of my knees.
