2.2. Blueberry Yogurt Frappe; BYF


Ingredients
Bottom: Blueberry topping
Fresh Milk
Carnation milk
Whipping cream
Dutchie strawberry yogurt
Strawberry topping
Blueberry topping
Frappe premix
Ice

Alto (16 oz.) Smoothie glass


1 tbs.
30 ml.
20 ml.
15 ml.
cup with strawberry pieces.
2 tbs with strawberry pieces.
1 tbs.
1 scoop (40 g)
1 cup 16 oz.

Topping:

Whipped cream portion


Blueberry topping 1 tsp.

Instruction:
1. Add blueberry topping into bottom of smoothie cup then swirl blueberry sauce around the
bottom of glass.
2. Pour fresh milk, carnation milk, whipping cream and strawberry yogurt into a blender.
3. Add strawberry topping, blueberry topping, frappe premix and ice into a blending bowl.
4. Blend for 25 seconds and stir during blending using a handle. Then pour into serving cup.
5. Add whipped cream on top and topping with blueberry topping.
6. Close with lid and serve with a frappe straw and a napkin.
