Dear Sheetz Representative,
Springfield Middle School of Williamsport, Maryland is preparing to recognize its students
for their academic accomplishments and superior work completed during the first marking
period of the 2014-2015 academic years. Nearly 300 SPMS students each marking period
perform at an academic level worthy of recognition on honor roll and distinguished honor
roll lists. As an extra bonus, we have been fortunate enough to have local businesses
support us with certificates that we can pass on to our students to that show community
appreciation for their hard work in their quest to achieve college and career readiness.
As we continue with our students in their journey toward making their dreams a reality, we
are asking the Sheetz Corporation for their support so that we can continue to provide this
extra token of gratitude to honor roll students who give our school community their
academic best every single day.
Our students have always been thrilled when we are able to present them with certificates
for Sheetz items as an extrinsic reward. With our students interests and requests in mind,
I am hoping that you would be willing to consider donating 600 Made-to-Order (MTO) item
certificates to our academic program to ensure that we will be able to reward our students
for their extraordinary efforts. The students at Springfield Middle School especially like
the 6-inch MTO coupons.
Your donation of 600 MTO coupons would enable us to continue to provide rewards for our
students who achieve excellence for the next two academic marking periods. If you have
any questions regarding this request, please contact me. All of my contact information is
listed below for your convenience. I look forward to speaking with you regarding the
logistics for obtaining your generous donation. Your support and interest in the academic
success of our children is greatly appreciated.
Respectfully,
Brad A. Delauter
