 OBJECTIVES

This network design aims to help an organization develop an

understanding of its current network’s performance, functionality,
capacity, availability, scalability and flexibility in the context of
its enterprise objectives.

 a. Administrators – owners/ handlers of the company
b. Clients – people who deposit or withdraw in our bank
c. Client – Server – computers are managed by an administrator
d. Fiber Optic - Fiber optic coatings are UV-cured urethane acrylate
composite materials applied to the outside of the fiber during
the drawing process
e. Linear Bus Topology – computers are connected to same cable
f. Local Area Network / LAN - is a computer network covering a small
physical area, like a home, office, or small group of buildings,
such as a school, or an airport.
g. Metropolitan Area Network - interconnects a number of local area
networks (LANs) using a high-capacity backbone technology, such
as fiber-optical links, and provides up-link services to wide
area networks and the Internet.
