Introduction
Peoples who play a musical instrument as a hobby has increased. There are many
people who want to learn, want to buy a musical instrument or want to play with other
people. However, many of them have no person to play with. And some of them have
no place to learn how to play instrument. So although many people buy instruments,
they give up and dont play. For such people, we will provide a community of people
who come to buy instrument at musical instrument store. And you can look for a
person who tells us through the community or make a band, or find a person who
teach me a how to play musical instrument, it is also possible to make friends that
musical taste is same.

Selection using device according to mobile trends
Smart phones have been popularized by IT (Information Technology)
development. Among Provider, changes in the priorities of the service target occurred.
Developer that provides smartphone services that is 93 percent of the total service. 72
percent of smart phone service is first responding ranking. PC accounted 55% is lower
than the tablet that accounted for 84% and proportion of PC is being increasingly
reduced. So smartphone application was developed first. [1]

Selection using OS according to market share

According to data from the International Data Corporation (IDC) Worldwide
Quarterly Mobile Phone Tracker, vendors shipped a total of 334.4 million
smartphones worldwide in the first quarter of 2015 (1Q15), up 16.0% from the 288.3
million units in 1Q14 but down by 11.4% from the 377.6 million units shipped in
4Q14. Android dominated the market with a 78.0% share. iOS saw its market share
for 1Q15 decline slightly to 18.3% with 61.2 million shipments.[2]

System structure
The function mounted in application is as follows. First, Bulletin board that uses
the server is used for peoples communication. Second, advertisement for the
music store is to be placed in the main screen by bringing information from the
store's application. Third, PUSH notification that uses GCM (Google cloud
Messaging)[3] function is used for new information. Finally, Making application that
have easy-to-use GUI (Graphic User Interface).

Discussion
Operating the application is more like having a Social Network System (SNS) such
as Twitter. First it connects people who want to play the same music and also make
able to communicate with each other. By connecting people to each other, they can
feel some kind of fellowship. Second the application contains the music instrument
stores information and advertisement. Third it maintains regular customer of the store.
Starting from one store, the application includes more and more store, binding a large
communication through the category of instrument.
For making this application, there are need to construct of server and make
application, and also there are need to connect of server, user's application and
store's application. This application will mounts function that customer easily
use.
