Teaching Strategies
Case Method
It means that if you are a teacher, you have to give opportunity to all of your
students to tell what they learn in the classroom and maybe he/she can apply
it to the real life.
This is instructional strategies that helps the students to be active in the
discussion about the topic what the teacher teach.
This will help you to think critically and be aware of the perspective in life.

Discussion

Some teacher begin with a group discussion for the students to refresh their
memories about the topic discussed.
Discussion helps the students to prepare in the future especially the students
who are taking education course in terms of speaking skills, as a teacher also
you have to come to school on time, because your students expected you,
you have to educate your students well

Active Learning

According to Meyers and Jones,, Active Learning allows the student to talk,
listen, read, write and reflect by means of problem solving, small group
discussion ,role playing, it acquire the students to apply what they learned.
It enhanced the ability of the students to become actively involved in the
learning process.
The teacher must give an outline/syllabus for the criteria to the assignment
whether group or individual for the students to know what they are going to
do..
Instructional strategies that engage the students in the learning process
stimulate critical thinking and a greater awareness of other perspectives,
although there are times when lecturing is the most appropriate method for
disseminating information, current thinking in college teaching and learning
suggests that the use of variety of instructional strategies can positively
enhance student learning.
