Answers:
Thin virtual disk answers to 1,2,3 = No
There is a penalty on first write to the block
Thick (in vCenter Client) really lazy-zeroed thick. Answer to 1 = Yes,
Answer to 2,3 = No
There is a penalty on first write to the block
Eager-zeroed thick answers to 1,2,3 = Yes
